What is the role?

EnduroSat is one of the fastest-growing NewSpace companies in Europe, and our Finance department has been scaling right alongside the business -more satellites, more missions, more complexity, more speed. We're now looking for a Finance Business Partner to sit at the intersection of Finance and the operational teams that make our missions happen, turning numbers into decisions rather than just reports.

This isn't a back-office finance role. You'll work directly with department leads and project managers across the business, helping them understand the financial impact of their decisions, challenging assumptions, and making sure Finance has a real seat at the table when strategy is being shaped. If you like being close to the action, translating complex data into clear business insight, and helping a rapidly scaling company make smarter financial decisions, this role is for you.

Some of your daily tasks will include:

• Partnering with business department leads to provide financial insights and support decision-making
• Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and monthly/quarterly reporting
• Support pricing, cost analysis, and profitability assessments on projects/contracts
• Provide financial input into procurement decisions, contracts, and lease evaluations
• Track and report on order book, revenue segmentation (new vs. existing business), and KPIs
• Identify risks and opportunities and communicate them clearly to non-finance stakeholders

What do we look for?

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's or ACCA/CFA a plus)
• 3- 5 + years of experience in financial planning & analysis, controlling, or business partnering roles
• Experience in a manufacturing, hardware, aerospace, or space/satellite industry is a strong advantage
• Experience working with stakeholders outside of finance (engineering, sales, operations)
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Solid understanding of IFRS and/or local GAAP
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Familiarity with revenue recognition and order book/backlog reporting is a plus
