Lead governmental sales in the DACH region for space and defense customers. Develop and execute strategy, build relationships with government agencies and defense primes, drive full sales cycle, generate and close high-value deals (target $8M+ annually), represent the company at industry events, and monitor procurement and funding trends. Frequent travel within the region; collaborate with internal technical, legal, and executive teams.

Lead and run day-to-day operations for the Berlin entity: manage facilities, compliance, vendors, local authorities, coordinate with HQ, improve workflows, and support hiring and onboarding to scale the local operation.

Partner with operational teams to translate financial data into decisions. Own daily accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, general ledger, tax compliance, fixed assets, treasury, and variance analysis.
