About the Role

At Redcare Pharmacy, we are advancing healthcare through digital, customer-centric solutions. Technology plays a critical role in this journey. To support our ongoing investments and innovation at scale, we are looking for a Finance Business Partner who combines strong financial and commercial expertise with a genuine interest in digital transformation.

In this role, you will be at the center of decision-making for technology investments. You will develop robust business cases, support the prioritization of initiatives based on value impact, and help establish structured processes for investment evaluation and governance.

You will act as a trusted advisor to the CIO and IT leadership team (with a particular focus on the Executive Director Product Development), ensuring that technology investments are aligned with strategic priorities and deliver measurable business value.

This position is part of the Financial Planning & Cost Controlling team, offering a central role in driving both technology investment decisions and overall cost transparency.

About your tasks:

  • Act as a strategic finance business partner to the CIO and top level Technology leadership, serving as a trusted financial co-pilot to guide decision-making.
  • Provide financial guidance to shape IT strategy and enable high-impact, data-driven decisions.
  • Co-develop and refine investment prioritization and capital allocation frameworks.
  • Lead and support the development of robust business cases for high-impact initiatives.
  • Ensure capital is allocated to the highest value-creating opportunities.
  • Own technology cost and investment reporting across the function.
  • Ensure accurate, transparent, and IFRS-compliant financial reporting.
  • Monitor budgets and investment performance, balancing financial discipline with strategic flexibility.

 

Qualifications

About You:

  • 4–6 years of experience in Controlling, Finance, or a similar role
  • Strong analytical capabilities paired with a pragmatic, business-oriented mindset
  • Affinity with digital business models and/or experience in eCommerce environments
  • Confident communicator, able to engage with senior stakeholders across functions
  • Proactive, curious, and driven to improve processes and challenge the status quo
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Solid understanding of IFRS, particularly CapEx vs. OpEx distinctions
