We’re looking for a strategic and analytical Finance Business Partner to join our Strategic Finance team and play a key role in supporting two of our most business-critical areas — the Chief Customer Officer (CCO) organization and the Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership, spanning regional expansion, product monetization, and AI-driven growth initiatives.

This high-impact, global role is based in Tel Aviv, where you’ll collaborate closely with senior leaders across Customer Success, Sales, Partnerships, and Product GTM to drive financial strategy, guide investment decisions, and enable scalable growth. You’ll be a trusted advisor to leadership — connecting financial insights with strategic execution to help shape how we acquire, grow, and retain customers worldwide.

  • 7+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Business Partnership roles — ideally supporting Sales, GTM, or Customer Success in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to connect financial performance with commercial drivers (e.g., pipeline efficiency, customer retention, pricing, and ARR expansion).
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and data storytelling skills — you can distill complex metrics into clear insights for senior leaders.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in global, fast-paced organizations, collaborating with GTM, Product, and Data teams.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with confidence presenting to executive stakeholders.
  • A hands-on, proactive approach — you anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and drive clarity across competing priorities.
