The Finance Business Partner Italy is responsible for all finance related topics including coordination of accounting, reporting, controlling, tax, legal and credit control of the subsidiary. He / She reports to the Camlog CFO/Head FP&A/ Head Group Accounting with a dotted line to the General Manager of BHCL Italy. The role holder acts as Finance Business Partner to the General Manager, aiming to drive performance and support the business.
Key responsibilities:
Accounting & Tax & Legal
Coordinates with the Global business centre compliancy of group accounting and reporting principles, US GAAP and local GAAP.
Ensures the timely production of accurate management and statutory reporting.
Ensures preparation, audit and filing of statutory accounts as per local and group deadlines.
Manages tax issues, ensures the timely production of tax returns and payments of taxes, prepares tax reporting, answers tax questions from the group.
Works closely with group legal manager for proper controls over legal risks.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Provides local and group management with business partnering support, reports, analysis.
Produces monthly reports and KPI’s to drive team and process efficiencies.
Provides monthly P&L, headcount reporting including variance analysis
Coordinates and provides monthly RO / Forecast including variance analysis
Coordinate with Central FP&A the annual budget process and any other reporting required
Manages Power BI reporting and any other tool related tasks related to reporting and financial analysis
Job requirements:
A Bachelor/ master’s degree in finance (Business Economics, Accounting or similar).
Experience in working with multinational company (international)
A solid base of technical finance and accounting skills combined with finance business partnering experience.
Strong understanding of local finance and accounting situation and legislation
Experience of working with ERP and business information tools (SAP / Power BI)
Professional command of the Italian and English language, any other language skills are considered a plus
