Job Description:
You will act as Finance Business Partner to those transformation projects that are being led by the Global Demand teams within Pet Nutrition. This includes areas such as Data Driven Marketing, Strategic Revenue Management, Consumer Insights and Innovation. The role will provide financial guidance, challenge & support to project owners; ensuring business cases meet transformation policy, are robust and delivering value.
What are we looking for?- Experience in Finance Business Partnering (Supply, Demand, or Digital).
- Strong commercial understanding and insight into business shape drivers.
- Track record of working cross-functionally on complex projects.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work comfortably with ambiguity.
- Partner with Global Demand project leads to guide, challenge and strengthen business cases.
- Ensure all cases align to transformation policy and deliver realistic ROI.
- Lead reporting of financial benefits and costs, enabling timely course correction.
- Oversee metered funding processes and ensure accurate transformation cost reporting.
- Collaborate with regional finance and governance teams to embed best practices and TIGG compliance.
- Work with diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.
