Duties & Responsibilities :
- Understanding, interpreting, explaining & driving business performance in the recurring revenue area in terms of:
- Supporting decision taken on recurring contract management within modification and cancelation conditions
- Timely and accurate completion of close packages by providing financial narrative and business variance analysis
- Leading financial planning, forecasting, and business reviews to ensure Keyloop has a credible, joined up, and quantifiable plan to execute its strategy
- Developing and maintaining models that forecast recurring revenue in all of its dimensions
- Quantify future financial impact relating to upcoming projects and functional initiatives
- Business Case preparation and track performance
- Risk & Opps : Continues monitoring and reporting of financial R&O. Work with business to mitigate risks and realize opportunity. Specially close work with customer retention lead
- Continuous process improvement by: Streamlining and standardize analytics across functions, Review & audit – reporting requirements in line with current business needs. Challenge the norm by eliminating non-value add historical reports/tasks and needless approvals
- Developing and maintaining models that forecast recurring revenue in all of its dimensions
- Evaluating, reviewing, and approving business decisions, monitoring ongoing projects to ensure benefits are tracked & realized for the Function
- Development of strong interpersonal relationships with Contract and Billing Team, FP&A, Business Controllers and wider finance team(s) to ensure they are fully aware of business aspects relevant to the Function
- Provide ssupport for system changes and M&A integration for CE function
Knowledge & Experience :
- Business / Strategic Impact
- Able to apply sound financial analysis to support decision making
- Able to plan, coordinate, and execute an efficient and effective forecasting /annual operating plan cycle looking at leading indicators
- Able to propose clear practical action steps in crafting solutions to business problems
- Able to run and maintain Keyloop wide metrics relating to recurring revenue and reporting deviations thereon
- Able to adopt best-in-class reporting capabilities using tools such as Power BI to give insight into performance to the Business
- Able to focus on cause & effect relationships in observable factors
Skills Required:
- Analytical strength: FBP can interpret financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Financial modelling expertise: Look for those proficient in tools such as Excel, Power BI and other software, capable of creating financial models that support business decisions.
- Ability to influence others is crucial. FBP must build strong relationships across the company and communicate financial insights in a way that resonates with non-financial stakeholders. They should have the gravitas to challenge decisions when needed, as well as the ability to inspire confidence and trust among senior executives
