Role : Finance Business Partner - APMEA
Segment : Mars Global Services
Location : Hyderabad
What Are We Looking For?
Bachelor or higher degrees in Accounting, Finance or MBA
Minimum 4 years experience with solid experience in financial management, reporting and forecasting
Strong analysis skills, Advanced command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills, SAP experience
Accounting background
Experience working in a global function/organization (working across different time-zones/regions/businesses)
Strong verbal, and written communication skill, strong team player
What Would Be Your Key Responsibilities?
Provide Strategic Insights and Guidance
Influence and partner with the Regional Commercial Head (RCH), Regional Partnering & Performance manager (P&P), and full Regional Management Team (MT) to deliver on commitments
Drive change initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency
Use business tools to assess situations, spot risks and opportunities, and suggest strategies.
Run Standardized Financial Processes to the MGS Commercial Region
Manage financial planning, reporting, and forecasting for operating costs.
Review and challenge key assumptions in financial plans.
Work with centralized finance teams to ensure accurate cost reporting.
Analyze savings and costs to provide insights and guide business decisions.
Coordinate with the Management Team to deliver clear reports and forecasts
Build MGS Commercial Brand Equity
Ensure financial reports (value and cost) are accurate and credible
Explain Savings methodology and build 2-ways process to report performance to regional segments finance stakeholders
Share best practices and promote process standardization across Mars
Provide Governance Oversight and Escalation of Issues when appropriate
Identify and prioritize financial risks to protect company assets
Audit savings performance and highlight about rirsk and opportunities using Drumbeat sessions for compliance and credibility.\
Work with Regional P&P and Global Finance BP to communicate findings and escalate issues
Give feedback on savings methods and ensure alignment with global standards.
