Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary finance contact for regional management teams, providing insights, analysis, and recommendations
- Build strong relationships with commercial, operations, and functional leaders to drive business performance
- Partner with the APAC Financial Controller to align regional finance priorities and ensure accurate, timely reporting
Decision Support
- Clear and easy to understand insight that supports business decision making
- Support with evaluation and appraisal of business cases, pricing strategies and other strategies initiatives.
- Provide sensitivity analysis as required and comprehensive financial evaluation
- Understand the business model and value driving levers that ensure goal congruence
- Own regional financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clarity
- Develop and track KPIs to measure business performance and prepare the APAC regional performance report
- Support preparation of presentations for senior leadership and board reviews
- Partner with APAC leads on monthly reporting and headcount tracking (A vs. B)
- The ability to work holistically and see the bigger strategic picture and the impact of day to day decision making
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure financial controls, policies, and processes are adhered to across the region
- Partner with central finance teams to ensure alignment with corporate standards
What we are looking for
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with strong post qualification experience
- Proven experience in a finance business partnering, FP&A, or commercial finance role
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders
- Commercially astute, with a track record of driving business performance and supporting growth initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insight
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- Experience in a PE-backed or fast-growth environment advantageous
- Knowledge of Power BI and Dynamics 365 would be beneficial
