What you’ll do in the role:- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate processes across the global Tax Department
- Partner with Tax, Finance, and Technology stakeholders to understand business needs and turn them into practical solutions
- Gather requirements, map processes, write user stories, and support solution design throughout the development lifecycle
- Build and enhance low-code solutions using tools such as Power Platform, Alteryx, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Query, or UiPath
- Support testing, implementation, and continuous improvement of custom Tax Technology solutions
- Improve reporting, workflows, data sources, and information repositories
- Collaborate with international teams to deliver scalable solutions with measurable business impact
- Contribute fresh ideas that strengthen efficiency, controls, and the user experience
- Experience in business analysis, finance transformation, technology, operations, software delivery, or process improvement
- Confidence gathering requirements and translating business challenges into clear functional or technical specifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-focused mindset
- Experience with Excel and an interest in automation, digital tools, and data
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of deliverables
- Confidence working independently while collaborating across a global team
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
