Qualification and Minimum Entry Requirements
- MBA (from premier B School) / CA or equivalent with majors in Finance/Accounting, MCA/B.Tech. (from premier institutes) or equivalent in Business Analytics, Information System & Data Science with relevant experience in Finance Transformation
- The candidate should have at least 3+ years of experience in finance transformation consulting or Finance/Accounting related to Organization Structure, Chart of Accounts, General Ledger, Financial Close, etc.
- Extensive implementation experience and knowledge of financial close applications like BlackLine
- Certification in different BlackLine modules like Account Reconciliation, Journal Entry, Transaction Matching, FRA, Studio360 etc. is an added advantage

Position Responsibilities
As a Senior Associate within the DDS Point Solutions Finance Automation practice, you will work with various sized clients and receive hands-on client experience and you will be responsible for providing the highest level of operational support to RSM clients. The candidate must demonstrate willingness to go the extra mile for the team’s success. You will be responsible for working with the Point Solutions practice team to serve clients, by:

- Develop an understanding of the RSM Data and Digital Services approach, methodology and tools
- Responsible for the success of project deliverables & assigned tasks
- Ability to independently demonstrate all system components, provide admin training and user training with support
- Provide support in client workshops (discovery, design, etc.) by capturing notes, identifying & tracking action items, creating deliverable documents and designing simple models
- Provide support on projects implemented by you or any other projects and recognize when an item requires escalation
- Become familiar with the project management (PM) framework and demonstrate competency in activities corresponding to your level
- Participate in sales & scoping calls, assist with proposal preparation and draft pricing & MFT
- Develop junior resources, provide feedback and serve as navigator
- Volunteer to participate and take ownership of a subsection on other practice initiatives
- Achieve appropriate technical certifications, develop moderate system knowledge, should be able to articulate business processes relevant to your product & seek exposure to learn adjacent business processes
- Must be able to independently configure basic system elements, build simple integration components and should be able to guide others on these items
- Effectively managing relationship with customer technical leads and business stakeholders
- Review and complete project status documents for client delivery
