Position: Finance Associate
Location: Oud Metha Offices, Dubai, UAE
Position Purpose
Axios International is seeking a Finance Associate to join our team in Dubai, reporting to the Group Financial Controller. The purpose of the position is to oversee Accounts Payable, reconciliation of accounts and the timely posting of transactions.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Working closely with the operations team and the other members of the finance team to ensure accurate and timely preparation of balance sheet reconciliations.
• Maintaining reconciliations on an ongoing basis, with the highest level of accuracy.
• Acting as cover for other finance team members when they are on leave or as is required.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks that may arise.

Educational Background and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 4+ years working in a busy, demanding varied finance role
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Must have strong SAP B1 Experience
• Excellent MS Office skills
Job Circumstances
• The position is based in our regional office and may occasionally entail travel.
• Flexibility in ability to travel as well as working hours is essential.
