Coordinate and manage patient support programs: enroll eligible patients, maintain accurate electronic records, support medication delivery, liaise with stakeholders, accompany field visits, prepare program reports, complete required trainings (including pharmacovigilance), report adverse events, and perform administrative and governance tasks to ensure program compliance and patient access.

Establish monitoring frameworks, approve methodologies, report KPIs, drive process and system improvements, ensure audit readiness and compliance, liaise with pharmaceutical partners, mentor the BMCA team, and support tool development and proposals to optimize patient access and program performance.

Lead business development with pharmaceutical companies across India and region: identify opportunities, build relationships, capture CRM data, prepare proposals, represent Axios at events, monitor regulations, and work with leadership to grow services. Frequent client travel required.

Manage and grow relationships with pharmaceutical companies across Saudi and the region. Identify business opportunities, produce proposals, capture insights in CRM, present reports, represent Axios at events, and support strategic planning and service development. Regular travel to client sites and industry events required.

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 services; administer user accounts and collaboration tools; support network, telephony (IP PBX/VoIP) and basic firewall tasks; maintain backups, asset inventory and documentation; coordinate vendors; follow security standards and contribute to process improvements.

Manage audit lifecycle and program performance for Patient Support Programs. Track and validate audit responses, CAPAs, and adverse event reporting; lead trend analyses, reporting, SOP updates, and stakeholder communications. Supervise patient monitoring in the PMS, mentor junior staff, support pharmacovigilance training, and drive program efficiency and compliance across teams.

Manage regional patient experience and business excellence activities: liaise with hospitals, doctors, patients and stakeholders; ensure timely patient referrals and drug delivery; maintain electronic program files and reports; produce medical education materials; complete pharmacovigilance reporting; supervise regional team; support proposals and business development; frequent travel to healthcare sites and collaboration with regional and HQ teams.

Coordinate business excellence and stakeholder engagement for regional patient programs. Maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, and partners; manage referrals, patient logistics, CRM/PMS data, reporting, and pharmacovigilance reporting. Prepare materials, collaborate cross-functionally, support business development, and supervise regional team activities.

Coordinate stakeholder engagement across hospitals, clinics, and partners; manage patient referrals, logistics, and data in the Patient Management System; generate monitoring and QA reports; maintain CRM data and dashboards; support medical education materials, pharmacovigilance reporting, and cross-functional program execution; supervise regional team and handle administrative and business development tasks.

Support and manage Patient Support Programs by enrolling patients, coordinating services, maintaining electronic records, reporting adverse events, completing required trainings (including pharmacovigilance), preparing program reports, assisting field visits, and performing administrative duties to ensure timely, compliant medication delivery and program quality.

Provide home-based physiotherapy assessments and treatment plans for musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiothoracic patients. Deliver hands-on therapy, exercise programs, equipment use, caregiver training, telephone follow-up, safety monitoring and adverse-event reporting. Maintain patient records, attend required pharmacovigilance/product training, coordinate with program managers and perform home visits and travel as needed.

Drive business development by identifying opportunities, maintaining CRM records, preparing proposals, conducting market and competitive analysis, representing Axios at industry events, coordinating with internal teams, monitoring regulations, and traveling frequently to client sites.
