Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor and process client wire deposits to ensure accurate and timely allocation;
- Handle professional communication regarding deposits, wire transfers, and banking details;
- Ensure all tasks align with internal policies, legal regulations, and financial control requirements;
- Maintain the integrity of financial data within our software products and trading platforms;
- Partner with internal departments to resolve specific cases and ensure smooth operational workflows;
- Safeguard company confidentiality and handle sensitive trade information with the highest level of ethics.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred; equivalent professional knowledge will be considered;
- At least 3 months of professional experience in a finance or team-oriented environment;
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new financial software quickly;
- Very good English proficiency (written and verbal) for global communication;
- Willingness to work rotating late shifts to support US market operations;
- Strong analytical thinking, precision, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
