Redaptive is seeking a detail-oriented, highly motivated Financial Associate to join our growing Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This position will play an essential role within the FP&A team as we work to inform strategic decisions, model future expectations, and analyze historical results to support the broader Redaptive team.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide financial insights to business units to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
- Prepare and enhance annual bookings, installation forecasts, and monthly cash flow projections.
- Work closely with various departments (e.g., sales, operations, etc.) to gather data, understand financial impacts, and support organizational objectives.
- Participate in creating the annual operating expense budget and preparing monthly forecasts, contributing to informed, long-term business decisions.
- Collaborate in creating presentations for the CFO, including board materials and other stakeholders. Summarize financial performance, key metrics, and strategic insights to ensure clear communication of financial results and projects.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide support on ad hoc tasks and collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
Required Abilities and Skills
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic and evolving environment, effectively managing ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Advanced problem-solving and root-cause analysis combined with proven ability to communicate that analysis.
- Effective communication for presenting financial analysis findings to stakeholders, including executives.
- Ability to model the data in Excel and present results in PowerPoint.
- Keen interest in contributing to environmental sustainability and green energy.
Education and Experience
- 2+ years of relevant FP&A experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a similar stream.
- Financial analysis and modeling skills.
- Excellent and highly experienced in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
