Redaptive is looking for a Finance Associate, FP&A for its India team to work closely with its U.S, global leadership and India FP&A team.
Job Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of the annual operating expense budget and monthly forecasts to drive longterm strategic business decisions across the organization
- Prepare and continue to improve monthly cash flow forecasts
- Have comprehensive understanding of the Company KPIs
- Support the preparation of the monthly reporting package that analyzes budgeted/forecasted results against actual financial performance, clearly interpreting and documenting variances, and cost drivers
- Assist with internal and external presentations that articulate the company’s financial performance
- Partner with U.S. FP&A team to perform ad-hoc corporate financial planning & analysis as requested
- Collaborate with accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Job Requirements
- Financial modeling experience
- Budgeting/forecasting experience
- Variance analysis experience
- Highly experienced in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment while meeting deadlines.
- Advanced problem solving and root cause analysis combined with proven ability to communicate those analysis
- Capability to work in a hybrid environment
- Experience in using Pigment preferred but not required
- Keen interest in contributing to environmental sustainability and green energy
- Ability to work in flexible working hours
Education and Experience
- 2 to 3 years of relevant FP&A experience
- Chartered Accountant, MBA degree in Finance - good to have
