Position Overview
We are looking for a hands-on and experienced ERP Finance Lead to take technical ownership of our NetSuite ERP platform, with a focus on Finance and Operations processes. This role is part of the IT Business Applications group and will work closely with Finance and Operations stakeholders (Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Procurement, Logistics, etc.) to design, implement, and optimize ERP solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Own the technical roadmap and architecture of NetSuite ERP, ensuring alignment with Finance and Operations needs.
- Solution Design & Delivery: Translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary technical partner for Finance and Operations teams, understanding their processes and challenges to deliver effective solutions.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to financial and operational workflows such as P2P, O2C, Fixed Assets, GL, Procurement, Inventory, and Fulfillment.
- Project Execution: Lead and execute ERP-related projects end-to-end, including testing, documentation, training, and post-go-live support.
- System Maintenance: Ensure system stability, performance, and compliance with internal controls and best practices.
- Knowledge Sharing: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and business users on ERP capabilities and usage.
Requirements
- ERP Expertise: 5 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, including Finance and Operations modules (P2P, O2C, FA, GL, Procurement, Inventory, Fulfillment).
- Finance Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial processes; CPA or equivalent background is a plus.
- Project Management: Proven ability to lead technical projects and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Industry Experience: Background in Hi-Tech or SaaS companies, preferably with subscription-based models.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field – an advantage.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a proactive, service-oriented approach.
