We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Finance & BOI Supervisor to oversee our financial integrity, daily treasury operations, and Board of Investment (BOI) compliance.
In this supervisory role, you will act as a key anchor for internal controls—ensuring strict segregation of duties between cash management and bookkeeping. You will also lead regulatory coordination for new factory expansion BOI applications while managing day-to-day customs, tax, and treasury workflows.
Key Responsibilities
💰 Treasury & Cash Management
Prepare, monitor, and update rolling cash flow forecasts to maintain optimal corporate liquidity.
Supervise daily banking activities, foreign exchange (FX) transactions, FX hedging, and bank guarantees.
Maintain strong financial controls to safeguard company liquidity and assets.
🛡️ Financial Controls, Payments & Receivables
Verify and approve local and overseas supplier payments, petty cash, and customer receivables tracking.
Enforce adherence to credit terms, corporate policies, and monthly financial cut-offs.
📊 Accounting & Financial Reporting Support
Assist the accounting team with timely month-end and year-end closings.
Review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial records for full compliance with Thai GAAP and statutory regulations.
🏭 BOI Project Management & Compliance
Lead the documentation and submission for new BOI applications for factory expansions.
Maximize existing BOI privileges for machinery and raw materials.
Supervise operational BOI tasks: Max Stock approvals, formula registrations, and RMTS / e-Expert account reconciliation to ensure zero non-compliance risk.
🚢 Customs & Trade Compliance
Oversee shipping documentation (Invoices, Packing Lists, B/L, AWB) and customs clearance processes.
Resolve duty/tax issues efficiently and handle duty drawback filings.
🏛️ Government Liaison & Audit Preparedness
Serve as the primary operational liaison with the BOI, IEAT, Customs Department, and Ministry of Commerce.
Ensure audit readiness and assist with tax compliance (VAT, Withholding Tax, Corporate Income Tax, and VAT refund applications).
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience: 4–6+ years of combined experience in treasury, accounting, and BOI/Customs operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or senior-level role within manufacturing.
BOI Systems Knowledge: Hands-on experience operating RMTS, e-Expert, and managing BOI privilege cut-offs and applications.
Financial Expertise: Solid foundation in cash flow forecasting, FX management, Thai GAAP, and local tax requirements.
Leadership Style: Strong supervisory presence, high attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving ability.
Languages: Good command of Thai and English (written and spoken).
