Job Description

  1. Monthly P&L actual review and working with SSC for month end. This will include:
    • Ensure costs are recorded correctly.
    • Compliance in accordance with Group guidelines and timely release of accruals, if any.
  2. Maintaining original copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary of payable records are filed correctly and efficiently
  3. Provide additional analysis and reconciling of general ledger accounts as required
  4. Build necessary financial / management reports from appropriate systems for review and analysis purpose
  5. Identify and timely report risks and opportunities for the business and cost management
  6. Update commentary highlights concisely, anticipating potential questions and address them in advance with supporting analysis as appropriate
  7. Provide Business Partner support to event team
  8. Provide support in submission of timely, accurate and commercially focused Budget, Forecast and 3-Year Planning in line with agreed templates and timetables
  9. Ad hoc queries / requests from various stakeholders

Qualifications

  1. 3+ years of business finance or other relevant experience in an MNC environment preferred
  2. English: Strong fluency in both verbal communication and writing
  3. Accountable and willing to accept responsibilities.
  4. Well-organized and good prioritization
  5. Growth mindset and ability to adapt to a changing environment. Passion to learn and grow
  6. Strong problem-solving skills, proactive and results oriented.
  7. Comfort dealing with Business partner/ colleagues.
