Summary:

In this role, you will lead finance analytics reporting and insight development to support corporate targets and informed decision-making. You will build complex data visualizations from scratch, source and model data from Databricks, and design Power BI dashboards and reporting tools for senior executives, Finance Committee, Board of Directors, investors, and internal clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement complex Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualization solutions from the ground up.

  • Source, transform, and validate data from Databricks to support finance reporting and analytics needs.

  • Develop reporting tools that provide actionable insights and enable informed decision-making for key clients and internal partners.

  • Support reporting and insights activities aligned to corporate targets and business priorities.

  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to define dashboard requirements, reporting needs, and insight opportunities.

  • Produce monthly and quarterly consolidated reports, tools, and dashboards for senior executives, Finance Committee, Board of Directors, and investors.

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across reports, dashboards, and analytics tools.

  • Partner with Accounting and Financial Systems teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data issues.

  • Support FP&A team members in preparing business unit reports and related analysis.

  • Identify reporting efficiencies, enhancements, and continuous improvement opportunities across finance analytics processes.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.

  • 5 or more years of relevant experience in finance analytics, FP&A reporting, business intelligence, financial reporting, or data visualization required.

  • Experience building complex data visualizations and dashboards from scratch required.

  • Power BI experience required.

  • Databricks experience required.

  • Strong understanding of finance reporting, FP&A processes, and business performance insights.

  • Ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, integrity, and quality.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior-level clients and stakeholders.

  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
