The Finance Analyst sits within our FP&A team and reports to the FP&A Manager.
In this role, you will support the budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis processes while partnering closely with department heads to drive financial performance and efficiency. Your role will involve providing valuable analysis and insights to drive sustainable growth, improve financial processes and help shape the company's strategic direction.
Key responsibilities
- Support in the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts and 3-year plan through working closely with department heads to validate assumptions and align financial targets
- Build and maintain financial models to assess performance and model out various scenarios
- Preparation of monthly management reporting, performing detailed cost analysis versus budgets and forecasts, highlighting key drivers and recommending corrective actions
- Review and monitor department spend to ensure costs are controlled and aligned with business priorities
- Working with teams to identify and track KPIs, and develop action plans to improve results

What we are looking for
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline (Ideally working towards ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification)
- 1-3 years experience in a FP&A, financial analysis or management reporting
- Loves data and has excellent analytical, financial modelling and Excel/Sheets skills
- Able to both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
