Job Summary:
onsemi is currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our organization. The Financial Analyst reports directly to the Controller. In this role, the Analyst will help oversee all accounting and finance functions including financial reporting, budgeting, and planning. This person will also be responsible for cost analysis, cost modeling and long-term scenario planning for the site.
Responsibilities
Responsibility and Scope:
- Provide strong financial control over CapEx, manufacturing spending tracking and related reporting.
- Help development of standard cost and future planning cost; act as the coordinator to roll up cost projection for the Hudson site.
- Oversee site capacity expansion planning and related ROI analysis, scenario planning.
- Support monthly close process and reporting.
- Support company-wide P&L forecasting, actual to forecast variance analytics, annual operating planning, long range planning, and quarterly business reviews.
- Collaborate with all operations partners to drive efficiencies and cost reduction roadmap.
- Up to 20% travel.
- Flexible work schedule.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- BS in Accounting / Finance required; CPA or MBA, preferred.
- 2+ years of Accounting/Finance experience required.
- Extensive experience with SAP and Oracle ERP, preferred.
- Strong communication skills, articulate, and able to explain complex issues clearly.
- Advanced experience in Excel and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Access, Word, PowerPoint.
