HybridWhat you will do
The Finance Analyst will be responsible for presenting monthly financial reports, completing financial planning, and creating financial models. You will support senior analysts with complex research, manage budgeting and expense tracking, and deliver timely analyses and presentations to influence business decisions:
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage advanced financial modeling techniques to develop, maintain, and review complex financial models that support strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and provide actionable insights for business decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes that enhance financial agility and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Prepare, present, and continuously improve comprehensive monthly financial reports, detailed analyses, and ad hoc financial presentations to support informed decision-making by management and non-financial stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor by translating complex financial data into compelling narratives and dynamic dashboards that empower leadership with real-time financial performance tracking.
- Monitor sales profitability across channels, customers, SKUs, and geographies.
- Partner with Sales teams on pricing, margin analysis, and commercial decision-making
- Track monthly sales performance against budgets, forecasts, and business targets
- Identify revenue leakages and opportunities for margin improvement and Collaborate with Commercial, Supply Chain, Marketing, and accounting teams to improve business performance.
- Own end-to-end SG&A spend management, including budgeting, forecasting, tracking, accruals, variance analysis, and governance to ensure adherence to approved budgets and profitability targets.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, business partnering, strategic planning, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with business partners and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results within tight deadlines.
Desired Qualifications
- Proven expertise in advanced Excel functions.
- Experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Advanced skills in financial reporting tools.
- Experience with ERP or financial planning software.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear, persuasive presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and innovate financial processes that align with evolving business strategies.
