Job Description
· Conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide insightful analytics to drive business growth and performance.
· Collaborate with business partners to analyze customer profitability and identify areas for improvement.
· Build financial models to evaluate the impact of business strategies and commercial opportunities.
· Analyze market trends, business performance, and financial data to identify growth opportunities and improve country performance.
· Lead data collection, variance tracking, and analysis for the annual budgeting and rolling forecast cycles, alignment with business leaders.
· Support the analysis and calculation of sales compensation.
· Act as a trusted finance partner to commercial teams to support revenue, margin analysis, and funnel reviews
· Conduct regular reviews and audits of customer master data setup across regional entities to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
· Proven work experience in a multinational company environment, with the ability to operate in a matrix structure and across diverse cultures.
· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SAP, or similar tools.
· Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to understand and translate business requirements.
· Resourceful mindset with the ability to lead and innovate in dynamic environments.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
· Self-motivated and inquisitive professional who seeks to continuously improve existing processes.
