Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Analyst - Tax to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate tax computations, timely filings, and maintaining robust bookkeeping records. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with 1–2 years of experience looking to sharpen their tax compliance and corporate finance skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Tax Compliance: Accurately compute and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns in compliance with local regulations.
• Tax Filing: Handle the timely submission of all tax documents and payments to relevant government authorities.
• Bookkeeping: Maintain and update accurate daily financial transactions, general ledgers, and accounts.
• Financial Reporting: Assist the finance team in preparing financial statements and supporting schedules for internal and external audits.
• Data Management: Organize and maintain secure, easily accessible digital and physical financial records.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a highly related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience in an accounting or tax-focused role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proven experience in tax computation and filing procedures.
- Solid foundational knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. o Knowledge of NetSuite is a strong plus, but not required (training will be provided).
- Impeccable Attention to Detail: You catch the tiny discrepancies that others miss; accuracy is your top priority.
- High Integrity & Ethics: You understand the critical importance of financial confidentiality and compliance.
- Strong Analytical Thinking: You don't just input numbers—you understand what they mean and can spot trends or anomalies.
- Time Management & Reliability: Tax deadlines are non-negotiable. You are highly organized and excel at managing your workload to meet strict cut-offs.
- Adaptable Learner: You possess a strong desire to learn new systems (like NetSuite) and keep up with changing tax laws.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or relevant certification
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, treasury
- Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work in a hybrid office setup
