Finance Analyst – Controllership

Nesta função, terá um papel fundamental na garantia da qualidade da informação financeira, do cumprimento das obrigações legais e do apoio às operações financeiras da empresa, colaborando com equipas locais e internacionais.

Principais Responsabilidades

• Apoiar os processos de fecho mensal e anual 
• Executar atividades contabilísticas nas áreas de Contabilidade Geral, Contas a Receber, Contas a Pagar, Tesouraria, Inventário e Payroll 
• Garantir a qualidade dos reportes financeiros e das reconciliações contabilísticas 
• Apoiar o reporting estatutário de acordo com as normas contabilísticas portuguesas e US GAAP 
• Colaborar com consultores externos nas obrigações fiscais 
• Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, preparando documentação e respondendo a pedidos de informação 
• Apoiar processos de controlo interno e reconciliações financeiras 
• Trabalhar em parceria com equipas financeiras locais e internacionais 
• Participar em projetos de melhoria contínua e transformação financeira 
• Apoiar projetos e pedidos ad-hoc da área financeira 

O Que Procuramos

Formação e Experiência

• Licenciatura em Contabilidade, Finanças ou área similar 
• Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência em Contabilidade Geral ou Auditoria 
• Experiência em ambiente multinacional será valorizada 
• Experiência em auditoria externa ou contabilidade estatutária é uma mais-valia 

Competências

• Bons conhecimentos de SNC / Portuguese GAAP (US GAAP será valorizado) 
• Conhecimentos de fiscalidade 
• Excel avançado 
• Forte capacidade analítica e de resolução de problemas 
• Elevado nível de rigor e atenção ao detalhe 
• Boa capacidade de organização e gestão de prioridades 
• Excelentes competências de comunicação e trabalho em equipa 
• Mentalidade orientada para melhoria contínua 

Idiomas

• Português – Nativo 
• Inglês – Fluente
