Finance & Accounting Specialist (Temporary )
We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Specialist to join our team on a 6-month temporary contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting records and financial transactions.
- Execute invoice processing, payment transactions, fixed asset accounting, and depreciation processes.
- Follow up on financial documentation related to import and export activities.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Assist with budgeting activities and financial controlling processes.
- Perform financial recording and reporting activities through ERP systems.
- Support both local and global reporting requirements.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and finance functions
- Good knowledge of general accounting and financial reporting principles
- Strong command of MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Strong analytical thinking skills with attention to detail
- Team-oriented with effective communication skills
