Profile: Current Finance, Accounting, Economics, Actuarial Science students expecting to graduate between December 2027 and December 2028.
Salary: The gross salary for interns ranges from 9,000mxn to 18,000mxn depending on hours worked.
Duration: 12-18 months.

As F&A Intern:
You will support the preparation and review of the site’s financial forecast, help manage cost and savings initiatives, prepare performance reports, and contribute to digital transformation and process improvement projects. This role offers a chance to gain hands-on experience with financial analysis, data visualization tools, and cross-functional collaboration.
What you’ll do:
- Financial Forecasting & Analysis: Supporting the preparation, review, and timely submission of the site's financial forecast, ensuring accuracy and stability against targets.
- Cost Management & Savings: Partnering with Product Supply and other teams to track savings initiatives, identify cost risks, and drive corrective actions.
- Performance Reporting: Preparing weekly reports on key cost drivers like material variances, inventory adjustments, and overtime for enhanced business visibility.
- Digital Transformation: Maintaining and enhancing digital reporting tools and dashboards using Power BI, Knime, MUSE, BARS, and similar platforms to drive data-driven decisions.
- Process Improvement: Contributing to plant benchmarking activities, sharing best practices, and actively seeking opportunities to simplify work processes.
- Stewardship & Compliance: Executing internal control activities and supporting compliance with accounting policies, Delegation of Authority, and monthly reporting.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with Finance, Product Supply, HR, and other stakeholders to strengthen business understanding and foster continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
Hard Skills:
- Basic finance and accounting knowledge.
- Able to prepare reports and presentations.
- Knowledge in digital tools like Power BI, Excel, SAP and interested in data analysis.
