The Role

Provide operational, training and systems analysis for fighter force development: assess training effectiveness, monitor readiness and simulators, develop syllabi and flying programs, evaluate procurement options, prepare requirements and briefs, liaise with contractors, and support combat/defense readiness reporting.

Requirements

1. USF retired/separated with 15 years plus in fighters and training background with a grade of 0-5/0-6.

2. Familiar with most fighter weapons and methods of employment.

3. College degree in scientific or engineering field and ability to perform quantitative analysis.

4. Graduate of professional military school, such as Air War College and/or Air Command and Staff College.

5. Experience of working in the region and have had combat experience.

6. Good knowledge of training and computer bases training systems.

This is an ITAR approved and licensed program as determined by the appropriate agencies.

Skills Required

USF retired/separated with 15+ years in fighters and training background and rank equivalent to O-5/O-6
Familiarity with fighter weapons and methods of employment
College degree in a scientific or engineering field with ability to perform quantitative analysis
Graduate of professional military school (e.g., Air War College or Air Command and Staff College)
Experience working in the region and prior combat experience
Good knowledge of training and computer-based training systems
