The Role

Position Summary:

Join the dynamic startup, FIG Solutions, specializing in outsourced IT services in the Greater Philadelphia area. We are actively seeking a results-driven and ambitious Account Manager. This key role is instrumental in supporting our sales initiatives and contributing to the future growth of our organization.

As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for promoting our IT services, demonstrating our commitment to delivering reliable and cost-effective solutions that enhance productivity, boost revenue, and ensure data security for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and strategic networking.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to define and execute strategic sales initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of sales plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and campaigns with sales objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the IT services industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce or Managed Service Providers is a significant plus.

Additional Information:

This position is hybrid by nature, with the opportunity to work remotely. However, travel to client sites and conferences in the area will be required.
