Field Travel & Journey Planner

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with expatriate staff to schedule their flight bookings in line with their rotations.
• Liaise with the travel agency (CWT) to arrange flight bookings for expatriate staff.
• Arrange flight options in compliance with the KBR travel policy and communicate them to travelers.
• Organize hotel accommodation as necessary, adhering to company policy.
• Respond promptly to emergency or urgent flight requests in cases of incidents or illnesses.
• Adjust flight schedules by rescheduling or postponing flights based on travel requests with managerial approval.
• Be available to handle travel agency or traveler calls after working hours for urgent cancellations or changes and effectively communicate with all involved parties.
• Inform travelers about and assist them with obtaining any required specialized travel documents like LOIs, visas, etc.
• Collaborate with HR in case travelers encounter immigration-related issues.
• Monitor the medical clearance status of staff members and refrain from booking flights if their medical clearance is not valid.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as required by business.

Requirements:

• Previous similar experience.
• Strong knowledge of English (due to regular communication with the Expatriate personnel and with the travel agency based in UAE).

• Work place - Majnoon Field, Iraq.
• Work schedule - 28/28 days rotation.
