Strong data capability is.What You Will Do:Design & Deliver Advanced Analytics- Develop statistical models and machine learning solutions to detect patterns, predict failures, and optimize performance
- Apply regression, ensemble methods, boosting, and time-series techniques where appropriate
- Perform feature engineering and model validation using real-world, imperfect datasets
- Deploy models into production workflows via APIs or automated pipelines
- Write clean, efficient Python and SQL code for analytics and automation
- Design robust data pipelines and improve data architecture in collaboration with IT
- Automate repetitive analysis and reporting tasks
- Continuously improve performance, reliability, and maintainability of analytics solutions
- Develop advanced Power BI dashboards with strong data modelling and DAX logic
- Translate complex datasets into intuitive visual stories
- Ensure dashboards are accurate, automated, and aligned with stakeholder needs
- Implement validation checks and monitoring frameworks
- Improve data integrity across databases and reporting platforms
- Ensure analytics outputs meet governance and security standards
- 5–8 years in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or Data Engineering
- Experience working with large, complex datasets in industrial, technical, or high-availability environments
- Experience in oil & gas or with ESP systems is a plus, not a requirement
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field
- Advanced certifications in Machine Learning or AI are an advantage
- Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, etc.)
- SQL (advanced querying, optimization, data modeling)
- Power BI (data modeling, DAX, advanced visualization)
- Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
- Solid understanding of ML lifecycle: data prep → modeling → validation → deployment
- Experience integrating models into production environments
- Familiarity with cloud platforms is desirable
- Strong grounding in statistical modeling and hypothesis testing
- Experience with time-series analysis and anomaly detection
- Ability to work with noisy, incomplete, and operational datasets
- Strong problem framing and structured analytical thinking
- Clear communicator who can explain complex models in business terms
- Self-directed and execution-focused
