We are looking for a Field Support Engineer that is experienced in semiconductor or adjacent high tech equipment maintenance. You will be part of the technical core team CS EUV/DUV/YS Service Engineering, and work in close collaboration with the CS Tech support team.

Role and responsibilitiesAs a Field Support engineer, in your daily job, you:
- Maintain and service photo lithography equipment at customer site in clean room. Periodically install new equipment, perform upgrades on existing equipment and system relocations.
- Monitor system performance.
- Work from procedures, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform preventative maintenance activities and testing under supervision.
- Responsible for shipping and receiving of modules needed for preventative maintenance activities, as well as crating and uncrating module assemblies.
- Can perform automated or semi-automated setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance routines on laser systems with limited supervision
- Use standardized tools and electronic equipment (i.e., torque wrenches, electric and pneumatic screwdrivers and ball drivers, lifting equipment, computers, oscilloscopes) to assemble/install/remove or perform testing and guided troubleshooting.
- Prepares replaced assemblies for shipment, including follow-up for any Failure Analysis modules.
- Identifies and documents discrepant material; DOA – Non Conformances and consults FSE
- Document and monitor safety or security violations critical to service operations.
- Perform housekeeping of local storage locations and tools cages adhering to 5S practices
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to read engineering specifications and sketches.
- Experience in logistics software: Oracle, SAP preferred.

This position will require flexibility to infrequently travel to another customer site with short (24 hours) notice.
Primary working location is in a Manufacturing facility in Leixlip, Kildare.
Applicants must be able to work freely in both Ireland and UK.
