continuous quality improvements across our manufacturing sites. Responsible for overseeing
sustaining quality improvement, managing the Early Field Failure Analysis (EFFA) program,
leading failure analysis of field returns, and ensuring effective use of quality analytics to drive
corrective actions and process improvements. Conduct periodic audits and drive
corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) to mitigate risks. Work closely with contract
manufacturers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to improve product quality and reliability.
Lead and manage a team of field quality engineers to drive quality initiatives across multiple
sites. Develop and manage the Early Field Failure Analysis (EFFA) program to identify root
causes of early-life failures. Oversee Level 0 and Level 1 failure analysis and escalate complex
failures for deeper investigation. Implement structured 8D, Fishbone, and DMAIC
methodologies for failure analysis and resolution. Manage and mentor failure analysis teams to
ensure structured problem-solving and knowledge-sharing. Lead data-driven quality
improvement efforts by analyzing field return data, manufacturing defect trends, and customer
feedback. Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to track field quality performance. Work
with engineering and operations teams to translate failure insights into design and process
improvements. Partner with Product Design, NPI Hardware Quality, Reliability Engineering, and
Operations to enhance product durability and manufacturability. Provide technical guidance on
failure mechanisms and drive corrective actions with engineering teams. Support supplier and
contract manufacturer quality teams in resolving systemic issues.
