This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Field Quality Engineer in Pila with Signify, who will be the technical voice for field quality—investigate product issues, drive root cause analysis, and lead improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and product reliability

In this role You will:

• Act as the primary technical contact for field quality issues, investigating customer complaints related to product performance
• Perform or coordinate root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Collect and analyses field failure data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Prepare detailed quality reports and present findings to internal stakeholders
• Work closely with R&D, production and service teams to drive product and process improvements based on field data
• May lead multi-disciplinary change projects in field quality

More about you

• University diploma in a technical field, preferably electrical, electronics and related
• Understanding of lighting technologies (LED, smart lighting, etc.) and electrical systems
• Strong analytical skills to identify, investigate and resolve quality issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, suppliers, and internal teams; ability to explain technical issues clearly to stakeholders
• Experience managing multiple tasks, prioritizing field issues, and driving corrective actions to closure within deadlines
• Experience in applying Quality tools (8D, 5x Why, FMEA, etc.)
• Customer service oriented
• Proficient in both Polish and English.
