Position Overview

The Field Operations Business Partner supports the execution of strategic and operational initiatives within the Field Operations organization. This position partners closely with executive leadership to coordinate programs, communications, and activities that drive alignment and engagement across field teams. Key responsibilities include assisting in the design and implementation of field programs, preparing and distributing communications, maintaining project documentation, and providing administrative and logistical support to Field Operations leaders. This role plays a critical role in ensuring consistent communication, change management, effective program delivery, and operational excellence across all field locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the development, implementation, and tracking of Field Operations programs and initiatives.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, updates, and presentations to ensure consistent messaging across the field organization.
  • Partner with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and regional leadership to facilitate program alignment and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, documentation, and training materials to support initiative execution and follow-up.
  • Assist in gathering data, preparing reports, and summarizing key outcomes for leadership review.
  • Organize and support meetings, conference calls, and field events, including scheduling, materials preparation, and logistics coordination.
  • Serve as a liaison between Field Operations leadership and field offices to promote engagement, responsiveness, follow-up, and effective information flow.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in operations, program coordination, communications, or executive support; experience in a field, regional, or multi-location setting, ideally in the insurance/brokerage industry

Key Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with SharePoint or similar collaboration tools a plus.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Self-starter with strong initiative, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Department Account Management & Service

Required Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience

Required Travel: Up to 25%

Required Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
