As a Field Marketing Manager for Carbon Robotics you'll be a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments. You will run end-to-end execution for annual events, directly accelerating our sales pipeline through high-impact experiential marketing. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for 30+ regional events and field campaigns across the US and Canada, managing timelines, marketing strategies and messaging, logistics, vendors, invoicing, and shipments.
  • Represent the brand on the ground, directing on-site operations, managing event staff, and traveling up to 40% of the time.
  • Ensure precise, thorough lead generation at every event to fuel the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to build targeted marketing plans for priority regions, strategic accounts, and specific crop markets.
  • Oversee procurement and inventory of marketing assets while sourcing high-value customer testimonials, quotes, and co-marketing opportunities.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities For Success:

  • 3+ years of B2B field marketing and heavy event execution experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to manage simultaneous projects, track progress diligently, and maintain a sharp attention to detail.
  • Confidence leading on-site teams, aligning internal stakeholders, and engaging customers directly.
  • A knack for foreseeing logistical bottlenecks, preventing issues, and constantly improving the event experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time and lift up to 40 pounds of event gear.
  • Ability to work out of our Seattle HQ when not traveling is preferred

Flexibility in our hiring process allows hiring of talent at levels different from what are posted.  The compensation range outlined is based on a target budgeted base salary. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as relevant experience and skill, Interview assessments and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements. Offers are determined using our equitable hiring practices. Carbon Robotics offers additional compensation in the form of benefits premiums, pre-IPO stock options and On Target Earning commissions for appropriate positions. Base pay ranges are reviewed each year. We are committed to the principle of pay equity – paying employees equitably for similar work.

Carbon Robotics' base salary pay range:
$105,000$120,000 USD
