Lead end-to-end execution of more than 30 regional events and field campaigns across the United States and Canada. Manage event strategy, messaging, timelines, logistics, vendors, invoicing, shipments, on-site teams, lead generation, marketing assets, and inventory. Partner with sales teams on regional and account-based marketing plans, source customer testimonials and co-marketing opportunities, and travel up to 40% of the time.

Collaborates with mechanical and software teams, supports contract manufacturers, leads technical decisions, and investigates root causes. Travel to customer farms and test sites may be required.

Assembles, calibrates, tests, and performs quality control on mechanical, optical, and electronic subassemblies. The technician follows engineering specifications, uses hand and power tools, calibrates scanning devices and sensors, documents production activities, reports issues, collaborates with supervisors and engineers, and follows safety procedures. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, technical aptitude, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain seated or standing for extended periods.

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, triage and troubleshoot proprietary laser-weeding equipment and systems, gather diagnostic information, manage tickets, and meet response expectations. Support field engineers and sales personnel, create documentation and knowledge-base materials, participate in an on-call rotation, and occasionally travel. As a Sr. Software Engineer in Embedded Systems, you will design, develop, and maintain embedded software for robotics products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and solve complex engineering challenges.

Identify, diagnose, and resolve model and dataset performance issues using high-resolution imagery. Audit and validate data, run field experiments, collect and translate farmer feedback, coordinate rapid investigations with support and engineering, and document solutions to improve system performance.

Support manufacturing teams to develop and scale electrical manufacturing processes, troubleshoot and prototype electrical test fixtures, improve PLM/ERP/MES, and resolve electrical/system issues on the production floor.

The Deep Learning Engineer will design and deploy deep learning systems for autonomous robots, optimize models, and mentor junior engineers.

Design and optimize PCBs for embedded control and power electronics across prototyping to high-volume manufacturing. Own Altium infrastructure and libraries, establish PCB/DFM/DFA/DFT standards, optimize layouts for EMI/EMC and thermal reliability, support contract manufacturers, and field/production troubleshooting (~10% travel).

As an Electrical Engineer, you will lead the integration of sensors and industrial components for agricultural robots, ensuring reliability and safety. Responsibilities include evaluating components, managing vendor relationships, and testing systems for performance in demanding environments.

Lead strategy and execution for remote autonomous operations, building and scaling Remote Operations Control Centers (ROCCs). Define intervention protocols, staffing, KPIs, tooling, and escalation pathways. Partner with engineering and field teams to reduce human interventions, improve uptime, and translate operational insights into autonomy improvements. Hire, train, schedule, and manage operator performance while driving process automation and continuous operational optimization.

As a Robot Systems Software Engineer, you'll develop innovative robotics software and algorithms, partnering with engineering teams to create high-performance robotic solutions.

Assemble, calibrate, test, and perform quality control on sub-assembly components for the LaserWeeder. Maintain documentation, collaborate with supervisors and engineers, follow safety protocols, and help meet production goals.
