About the role 

As the Field Marketing Manager for Philly you will play a pivotal role in building the Field Marketing Strategy as it relates to the greater Philly region. As a key face of the business to our guests you will build relationships with local businesses, schools, brands and community organizations to drive awareness of Wonder and acquire new customers. This role is as much of an executor as it is a strategist as we continue our rapid growth. This individual will sit on the Marketing team and report to the Head of Local Marketing, Brand and Partnerships within the broader Growth organization; there is a tremendous amount of growth potential for this role as Wonder continues to scale operations. 

 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Build internal systems to support the field marketing strategy for Philly. 
  • Plan, coordinate and participate in local events and promotional activities to reach new customers, enhance our brand image and generate demand; responsible for pre, during and post event programming and follow ups. 
  • Manage field marketing agency as well as Brand Ambassadors (when needed) providing structure, guidance and support in execution and prospecting activation opportunities. 
  • Coordinate with various teams across Wonder including Operations, Training and Culinary to improve work streams.  
  • Maintain ownership over your market sales, brand awareness and new customer acquisition goals. Track and measure the success of your marketing initiatives against those goals through weekly reporting. 
  • Keep a pulse on market trends and competitor field marketing tactics to provide valuable insights to the broader team. 

 

The experience you have 

  • 6+ years of proven experience in field marketing, brand activation, grand openings or related roles; bonus if within the QSR or fast casual restaurant industry 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously 
  • Strong project management, organization, prioritization, and communication skills with attention to detail and the proven ability to build relationships and coordinate multiple projects across various teams

  • Brand focused and Data Driven: ability to utilize data and analytics to inform strategy 
  • Must live in the Philadelphia area; willing to travel within the assigned geographical area and provide reliable transportation to and from events 
  • Capable of lifting 50 lbs and standing for the duration of a 3-4 hour event 
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Benefits

Base Salary:$122,000- $128,000 

Location: Philadelphia, PA
