Our Marketing team is growing and we are looking for a Field Marketing Lead who will be responsible for building and scaling the regional event and account-based marketing programs to drive significant pipeline and revenue across the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments. This leader owns the strategic partnership with the North American Sales leaders, managing a small team to flawlessly execute high-impact field campaigns and ensuring all marketing investment delivers measurable, data-backed ROI.
Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office.
- 6+ years of B2B SaaS experience as a senior field or event marketing leader
- Leadership & Scope: Proven ability to manage or lead marketing efforts across diverse market segments (Mid-Market and Enterprise)
- Technical Proficiency: Required experience with key marketing and sales systems, specifically Salesforce.com, Hubspot, and other marketing automation tools
- Must be an outstanding communicator and self-starter who leverages data and industry insights to make strategic decisions
- Track record of success delivering pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $150,000-$175,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
