About the role

As the Field Marketing Associate for NJ you will play a pivotal role in growing the brand and bringing field marketing strategies to life. As the face of the brand you will build relationships with local businesses, schools, brands and community organizations to drive awareness of Wonder and acquire new customers. This role is heavy on execution, tracking key learnings, and using data to inform event and promo performance.  

  • Build target list of cultural moments, partners, businesses and community contacts in Wonder NJ delivery zones and identify ways to partner 
  • Establish relationships with key contacts (hotels, schools, townships, hospitals, residential buildings, local businesses) to partner on local events/activations that drive awareness of Wonder and acquisition of new customers 
  • Represent Wonder and execute sampling at local events, sponsorships and pop-ups including community town events like 5K’s, luxury apartment building happy hours, at fitness centers, etc. 
  • Brief in creative needs through our internal team and drive the production of your marketing assets  

The experience you have

  • Familiarity with field marketing and the restaurant & hospitality industry 
  • Project management experience handling multiple workstreams 
  • Critical reasoning and strong execution skills 
  • Computer and tech savvy, able to operate various software with low learning curve 
  • Nice to have, event and partnership experience

  • You are a problem solver, able to make decisions in the field and communicate those actions concisely 
  • You like to be creative, and are not afraid to try and test new tactics in pursuit of your goals 
  • You are friendly, approachable and comfortable meeting new people and acting as a brand ambassador for Wonder 
  • You have strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders 
  • You can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment  

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package including equity and 401K. Additionally, we provide multiple medical, dental, and vision plans to meet all of our employees' needs as well as many benefits and perks that are not listed.  

Base Salary: $78,750
