If you're a creative thinker with a proven track record of driving high-quality leads and growing businesses in the home improvement space, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate high-quality leads in the home improvement industry.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and execute strategies to attract and convert leads, using digital channels (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, etc.) and offline methods (events, partnerships, etc.).
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to understand market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to refine lead generation tactics.
- Content Creation & Management: Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging content that speaks to potential customers, driving them through the sales funnel.
- Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and lead conversion rates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and project teams to ensure seamless communication, lead handoff, and lead nurturing.
- Proven Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing and lead generation, ideally within the home improvement or related industries.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques such as SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Data-Driven: Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive improvements in lead generation and campaign performance.
- Creative & Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated creativity in developing innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with home improvement customers.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving leads and improving conversion rates.
