Job Description Summaryフィールドエンジニアは、担当エリアにおけるフィールド業務全般、設置、点検、修理、保守・請求業務等の作業を行い、顧客満足度の維持・向上に努め、顧客と製品におけるビジネスの成長と利益を最大にする責任を持ちます。また、フィールドエンジニアは、担当装置における臨床的な知識も含む技術力向上に取り組み、コマーシャルの提案を含む医療機関におけるヘルスケアサービスの効果的な運用をサポートし、お客様からの信頼を獲得していきます。また、担当営業と共闘してシェアゲインにサービスとして貢献していきます。提携販売店と良好な関係を築き、ビジネスパートナーとして、地域に根付いたビジネスの展開を行います。

Job Description

<職務内容>

  •  病院内における医療機器(画像診断装置)の新規設置、導入業務。
  •  顧客装置の安定稼働を目的として保守点検および故障修復業務とそれに伴う請求等の業務。
  •  顧客とコミュニケーションを行い、顧客満足度の改善維持向上を行う。
  •  顧客からのクレームを受け部内外関係者へ適切にエスカレーションを行い問題解決を図る。
  •  業務を通じて発見された改善機会等について、積極的に部内関係者と協議し改善を図る。

<必須要件>

  •  電気/機械系のフィールドサービス経験1~2年以上(未経験者の場合は電気/コンピューター/ネットワークの基礎知識)
  •  顧客に論理的に発生事象を説明できるコミュニケーションスキル
  •  オペレーション改善を目的として自分の考えを持ち提案し実行する能力
  •  マニュアルを読解し点検・修理を正確におこなうスキル
  •  顧客サイトにて発生した問題に対して正確にエスカレーションし解決に導くことが出来る能力
  •  普通自動車免許

<あれば好ましい要件>

  •  X線作業主任者資格
  •  英語力
