The Field and Demand Generation Marketing Manager role will provide strategic, operational, and hand-on executional marketing support to support our North American Professional Services business. The activities will directly support and drive demand generation, help to enhance and differentiate Alight Solutions in the sales process, increase customer intimacy and drive growth.

This role will support the North American commercial organization and collaborate with marketing peers globally This role requires marketing expertise to help drive demand generation, increase brand awareness, and initiative and drive to propel sales opportunities and pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

  • Create, design, and implement a regional digital first marketing strategy to support and deliver and drive sales goals, focused on demand generation (MQO/SQO).
  • Lead and develop a high-performing marketing program which delivers on-time and on-budget demand generation programs that span multiple marketing channels and outlets
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives and contribute to revenue targets
  • Create tailored campaigns to address various audiences, personas and industry sectors
  • Lead Alight Solutions’ presence externally at key trade shows, conferences, and events
  • Work with other marketing disciplines including product and content marketing, global design, and marketing automation to develop digital customer journeys & compelling marketing assets.
  • Provide reporting and analytics on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and other marketing activities using CRM and marketing automation systems.
  • Manage the field marketing budget efficiently, exploring opportunities to maximize ROI while closely monitoring expenses.
  • Develop close collaboration & intensify partner programs with leading technology providers in your region with the objective to drive demand.
  • Drive innovation by challenging conventional B2B marketing approaches and uncovering new ways to enhance scalability and ROI.

 Experience

  • 3-5 plus years of marketing management experience ideally in the technology or HR space
  • 1-2 years working directly with Sales and Sales leadership in a Field or related marketing role capacity

Skills

  • Ability to plan, organize, monitor and execute multiple projects on-time and within budget
  • Self-starter & hands-on mentality – this role requires someone who can roll up their sleeves and execute on campaigns
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with executional excellence
  • Strong understanding of branding, lead generation and sales processes, and a proven ability to drive and deliver successful demand generation programs
  • Strong communication skills (the gift of the gab), looking for strong verbal and written articulation skills
  • Strong collaboration skills, real team player
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and expert presentation skills
  • Highly organized and ability to work in a fast-moving, international, complex matrix environment
  • Experience with leveraging marketing automation tools/platforms and CRM systems

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

65,600 USD

Maximum :

104,100 USD
