Job DescriptionSummary: In this role you will be responsible to oversee all the finance aspects of one of our sites in the US, reporting to the regional finance manager, you will be the finance business partner to the manufacturing team, driving the monthly result review, providing explanations on the actuals versus budget. Controllership will be one of your top priorities, leading the internal controls process and ensuring the US GAAP compliance. AR, AP, GL and FA are handled by the Shared Service Center, but the site finance analyst is accountable to coordinate all the activities, and ensure all controls are in place, auding their process and making correction as needed.
Activities:
- Prepare the month end deck to explain the finance results, and provide strategic recommendation to support result improvements.
- In partner with the FP&A team, support the sales volume analysis, and PVM bridge preparation.
- Lead the annual budget cycle and the forecast reviews.
- Expenses Control, provide report to management with actionable items.
- Capex Control
- Support the adoption of Power BI in the daily activities
- Prepare and review reconciliations.Facilitate the annual Balance Sheet review, ensuring best in class controls are in place.
- Follow the company's internal work rules and safety requirements.
- Comply with and share Avery Dennison's ethics and values policy
- Apply and promote the 5S methodology in your work area
- If you are part of any company brigade and/or committee, you must fulfill the corresponding activities.
