About the People Inc. Fellowship Program:

The People Inc. Fellowship Program runs from June 2026 to May 2027. The program offers candidates the opportunity to gain experience working full-time in the office with some of our most popular brands. Fellows work full-time and earn $18/hr. 

About the Team:

Allrecipes is—and always has been—a community built around and for people who love food, love to cook, and love to share recipes and stories. We are the world's largest community-driven food brand, providing trusted resources to more than 60 million home cooks each month. Allrecipes magazine, the food industry's first large-scale digital-to-print brand extension, serves up inspiring, seasonal ideas for everything from holiday menu planning to dinner tonight.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Ideate, pitch, write, and edit daily copy for our News + Trending team

  • Research content gaps using our SEO Tools (we’ll teach you!) for the Evergreen team and assist with seasonal updates to content

  • Work with our Visuals team to edit and create assets

  • Receive training on our tools, exposure to our sister teams in video and reporting, and work as part of our team in the Birmingham office

Candidates for this role should be:

  • Curious! We ask and answer questions all day long, so a curious spirit and a desire to learn is greatly appreciated.

  • Self-motivated. We provide training, support, and a lively team; you bring the organization to your workday.

  • An interest in food! We don’t need you to have professional food experience, but an interest in food, how it’s made, food brands, or food news will be helpful to you in your Fellowship.

  • A writing background. If you’ve written for a blog, social media accounts, school paper, or other internships, we want to see the clips that you love.
