The Role

Netlight Frankfurt is growing, and we are looking for our first Feel Good Office Manager. Being part of our Global First Impression Team, you’ll be working with office management and receptionist tasks in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

The role is a part-time position (50%) starting in Spring 2022 (February or March) with the possibility to become a full-time position over the next couple of months.

What is the role about?

Office Management - Make people feel good!

- Manage the Office and the Front Desk to offer our guests the best possible first impression

- Create a well-functioning and pleasant work environment (e.g., Office Orders)

- Project Management: Projects range from administrative to creative (e.g., Office Move, Interior Design)

Communication Hub - Bring people together!

- Assist Netlight employees and functions with day to day matters

- Cooperate with external suppliers and Netlighters

- Admin support for the different processes: Onboarding, relocation & off-boarding

Event Management - WOW people!

- Plan and prepare internal & external events (e.g., Invite Management, Food Orders, Decoration)

- Take the lead for bigger internal events, e.g., Summer and Winter Party

How can you contribute to it?

- You are a people person & a humble team player

- Your communication skills are top-notch and you can naturally build trust

- You are native in German & business fluent in written and spoken English

- You pay attention to details & possess great organizational skills

- Experience in relevant areas to the role is meriting, but not a prerequisite
