Feedstock Specialist

About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and analytical professional to join our Feedstock team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping our feedstock sourcing strategy by analyzing market dynamics, regulatory trends, and supplier performance across global and regional markets. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-evolving industry at the intersection of sustainability, energy transition, and global trade.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research and provide insights on global and regional feedstock supply, demand, pricing trends, trade flows, and competitor movements.
• Track and interpret legislative and regulatory developments that impact the feedstock landscape.
• Evaluate supplier performance and support quality assurance efforts.
• Build and maintain analytical models to support strategic decisions on sourcing, pricing, and deployment.
• Provide clear, actionable insights through structured analysis and compelling presentations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support the execution of feedstock initiatives and projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• Min. 3 years of experience in consulting, trading analysis, or market intelligence—preferably with exposure to energy, commodities, or sustainability sectors.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills (Excel a must; PowerPoint and Power BI proficiency expected).
• Critical thinking and problem structuring—comfortable navigating ambiguity and deriving meaningful insights.
• Excellent research and synthesis capabilities; able to connect dots and provide “so-what” conclusions.
• Resourceful, fast learner with a growth mindset.
