Job Description
BryceTech is looking for a Workforce Planning Data Analyst to join our team. The Data Analyst will work for our federal government customer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, business intelligence/data visualization tools including tableau and Power BI, and workforce strategic planning.
- Supporting a federal client by analyzing trends, metrics, and performance measurements relating to current and future workforce needs.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and informative analytical products using Tableau and/or Power BI
- Prepares analysis showing the pros and cons of various courses of action and suggests implications and possible effects of research findings to contribute to general knowledge and support decisions.
- Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, deconstruct high-level information into details, developing and understanding of trends and providing recommendations.
- Analyzes and determines the impact of proposed regulations, legislation, and policy changes on workforce and HC programs.
- Develop and evolve existing analysis products and tools and work with clients to identify and incorporate relevant data into the future scenarios including workforce and financial data. The data analyst will.
- Create, monitor, and analyze data for forecasting projections, trend analysis, and decision-making purposes.
- Generate and maintain short-, mid- and long-term forecasts of workforce needs within the Agency.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with clients and stakeholders throughout the Agency to improve data products and identify needed analyses.
- Candidate will refine the tool adding data and additional parameters and approaches as needed to support different data users throughout the Agency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, data analytics, human resources, business analytics, or related field.
- 3 to 8 years of related experience
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience in data analysis and data visualization
- Experience with human capital, workforce related topics, preferred
- Experience with NASA or related federal agencies preferred
