The FEC W&R Operations Oversight & Monitoring team is responsible for the operational management of FEC within the Global Regions where Rabobank is active, including Europe, North America, South America, Australia & New Zealand and Asia. With approx. 700 FTE across the five regions, effective operational management is a critical component of our FEC Risk & Control framework. This requires central oversight in order to maintain an effective and efficient FEC workforce.

As FEC W&R (Wholesale & Rural) Reporting Expert, you will play a central role in driving the oversight and management of the FEC W&R domain together with the Regional Heads of FEC and their respective departments. You will be part of FEC W&R Operations Oversight team that is the linking pin between the Regions & the Global FEC Pillars for CDD, TM, Sanctions & Chief of Staff and you will help to steer the day-to-day operational management of FEC activities in the Regions.  

• Responsible for creation of FEC W&R reporting for both internal and external use;

• Supporting in strategic initiatives to drive FEC W&R Operational Excellence within the FEC W&R regions;

• Drives reporting and data standardization and simplification initiatives globally in the regions;

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the FEC domain to enable effective FEC W&R oversight;

• Develop and manage KPIs and KRIs related to turnaround, quality and backlog to facilitate data-driven decision-making at the central level (MI);

• Ensure quality and consistency in Rabobank-wide voiceovers related to FEC W&R Operations.

The FEC W&R Operations Oversight & Monitoring team is positioned to deliver strong operational management and oversight while steering on standardization and continuous improvement in relation to FEC execution in the W&R regions. Key objective of the department is to ensure the W&R regions act in full compliance with all applicable standards and ongoingly adhere to regulatory developments and are operationally rock-solid.

• Academic education / level of thinking and working with at least 3 years related experience in Operations and preferably multiple years of experience within FEC in the financial services industry, preferably in a global environment.

• Ability to create comprehensive and accurate reports for internal and external stakeholders.

• Ability to analyse performance metrics to drive data-driven decision-making and the ability to leverage technology to enhance reporting and operational processes.

• Understanding of business processes and improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma).

• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams across the FEC domain.

• Good interpersonal and informal skills as well as a good negotiating capacity.

• Proficiency in English (and preferably Dutch), oral and written.
